WE NEED TO TALK

“When faced with the death of his best friend, twelve-year-old Keaton searches for answers.”

WE NEED TO TALK is a short film directed by Nicole Hayward, written by Hannah Enlund and written and produced by Brent Collins.

The film is a conversation starter for tween suicide and mental health in youth. When his best friend dies, 12 year old Keaton must cope with the loss of his best friend while his mother Carol struggles to tell him what really happened. When Keaton discovers that Liam’s death was a suicide, he searches for answers and questions how he didn’t see this coming.
